Unified low tax on Crypto transactions

Crypto is a major development in the financial ecosystem. Europe still remains a financial stronghold but with a very weak growth.

Crypto is an opportunity to reinvigorate this dying ecosystem and should be encouraged. Currently Europe has a variety of tax frameworks (mostly punitive) that impede ambitious crypto project.

We need a unified low taxation to encourage developments in crypto.
