Tax breaks on creating a company, low revenue and creating employment

Creating a company

Many people still have income (e.g. a โ€˜stableโ€™ job) while creating a company, although they invest most of their income in it. There could be a tax break.

Low revenue

I get charged +300โ‚ฌ/month in Spain even if we have no income, just for having an LLC-equivalent (called โ€˜SLโ€™, Sociedad Limitada). There should be no fees there, plus there could be a tax break.

Creating employment

Solo-founders are okay, but what about those who push the frontier and create net new employment? There could be a tax break.
