Many people still have income (e.g. a โstableโ job) while creating a company, although they invest most of their income in it. There could be a tax break.
I get charged +300โฌ/month in Spain even if we have no income, just for having an LLC-equivalent (called โSLโ, Sociedad Limitada). There should be no fees there, plus there could be a tax break.
Solo-founders are okay, but what about those who push the frontier and create net new employment? There could be a tax break.
