Switch to capital funded retirement plan

European capital markets and VC financing needs to be more dynamic. US pension funds are majors LPs for US funds.

EU has a lot of money and could have a lot of capital but most of it is wasted in immoral retirements schemes.

The newly accumulated capital could go to support startups in VC financing from pre-seed to much later stage.
