Stop harassing Switzerland politically and instead collaborate on growth

Switzerland is constantly getting harassed into new highly disadvantageous contracts by the EU. These are often without real benefit and therefore get rejected by the Swiss population via direct democratic means. Even more so, they put the EU as the sole dictator/regulator/court instead of treating Switzerland as the independent nation that it is. A good economic partner would not try to put Switzerland down and instead focus on shared economic growth. There’s 100’s of billions and plenty of human capital moving in between the EU and Switzerland, it could be much more.
