Starship-rated spaceport in Europe

Given that the frontier of space is opening up for economic activity; and that the SpaceX Starship will be the main vehicle for this industrialisation of space; and that the Startship will be utilised for earth-to-earth transport, it is imperative for there to be a Starship-rated spaceport in Europe.

Possible options are the North Sea(best logistics and methane production infrastructure), Mediteranean (closer to the equator), Sahara desert, Canary islands.
