Standardize processes, systems and data across EU

For example:

Let's say we want to track the amount of homeless people on a certain country. Usually this task would be distributed to each municipality and they'll find a away to count them and report it back to the government or something. Some will use Google Sheets, others have a website, others a form, others on paper, etc…

When something is decided, it's useful to also have a system for it, not only to standardize it but also to be able to track it using data, and be able to see it's progress over time.

Having data and dashboards over the current systems is very important to know if good decisions are being made. People should also be able to easily see them.
