Simplify taxes

Remove all income taxes. Instead add a tax on the electricity bill. This way nobody can evade the tax. Decrease VAT to 0 for first necessity items like food. Increase VAT for unhealthy foods and drinks at least 100%. This is basically the UAE model and it works.

For corporate taxes, 0 taxes for small companies below 100K EUR profits. For digital companies 10% maximum tax below 1m profit per year. The idea is to bring back all the digital nomads to Europe.

For individuals 0 inheritance taxes on the family home.

By simplifying taxes the gov will save an enormous amount of money on tax verifications. Companies will save money on accountants. Expats will come back and bring the cash back that is invested abroad. All this money will circulate in the economy.
