Revoke the AI Act and GDPR

The AI Act and GDPR are hampering the ability of startups and companies alike to remain compliant

Within the next 6-8 months, a grand majority of foundation model suppliers are expected to restrict access to models as a result of the compliance requirements, this will limit the ability of startups and researchers alike to conduct any meaningful progress. They will likely move to the United States.

The act has direct effects on accelerating the Brain Drain and needs to be halted before it comes into effect July 2025
