Remove cordon sanitaire

It is undemocratic and basically nullifies who people vote for. Cordon sanitaire can be used to block anyone who opposes the status quo and challenges the power structure that some entities don’t want to change. It creates a self-perpetuating political class that becomes increasingly disconnected from portions of the electorate.
