Reform EU Labor Contracts

The EU must allow companies to offer “at will” employment contracts in which the employer and employee alike have the option to end the relationship at any time.

Currently, the work contracts at EU companies prevent businesses from easily firing low performers and employees from easily leaving for higher wages. These contracts cause overall harm to economic dynamism and meritocratic earnings.
