Radically support increasing fertility

One of the biggest obstacles to the EU’s future are its low birthrates. Europe was the first continent to enter the demographic transition to low birthrates and we might be the first to figure out how to get back to replacement level.

Many different approaches and ideas could be tried within the various member states to see what works best. However, a significant portion of the EU and national budgets (several percent) should be devoted to the effort.
