Put active angel investors in innovation funding functions

Let’s face it, innovation funding boards have no idea what they are doing and academici and the public going through them could really use a reality check from the actual investment community on what is good and bad.

As a consequence those boards demand documentation that makes no sense (business plans, 20-year projections) and passes grants/funding for companies that have no chance on the market.
