PRO Crypto Agenda – accelerate crypto innovation for the EU make the economy come onchain

• Forster a POSITIVE attitude to crypto innovation and crypto companies in the EU. We are losing companies which are bullied by banks, government and the EU system. Don’t kill innovation with pre-mature regulation – WAIT and let companies innovate, then make some light touch regulation for safety and protect prosperity. Educate politicians about decentralized crypto like Ethereum.

Some points we need NOW:

– Legal and secure ON/OFF RAMP of crypto between blockchains and banks. Debanking is real and its hurting legal individual and shuts down businesses.

– No taxes on stable coin swaps

– Allow decentralized crypto trading to be tax free or 5% on profits OR make trading tax free while taking 1% in tax on the full capital.

– Allow crypto trading allow all crypto including decentrallized stable coins like DAI

– No tax when swapping version of the same token like ETH to rETH, stETH, wETH etc since it’s the same asset.
