Privatized retirement schemes and freedom to choose

Free citizens of the European Union should be allowed to opt out from government schemes and manage their retirements funds in a completely private way.

• Government should still be able to ensure that retirement funds are not spent or used for tax avoidance

• Unlimited number of accounts with free capital movement and converstion between them

• Withdrawal limitations based on personal age, investment age, maybe use, etc
