Portect PROPERTY RIGHTS

Private property is legally very weak in Europe. As a right it is subordinated to even low rank rules and regulations. Nothing prevents outright confiscation for policy reasons or more subtle undermining by removing almost all attributes of ownership and leaving it nominal.
