Open skies policy for all European countries

Enact an open skies policy for all European countries. All airlines should be allowed to operate in European skies and no interference should occur on the part of the state. Stop campaigns against the use of airplanes. Allow the development of supersonic planes. If there are any government-owned airports, sell them off to private companies.
