No permissions to alter non listed residential properties

In many European Union (EU) countries, undertaking internal alterations to a property—such as moving walls or adding windows—requires obtaining specific permissions.

When the property is not listed, no permission should be required to undertake internal alterations. To ensure safety we don’t need any government interference, just enforce a private insurance covering the modification.
