Mandate learning English in all schools

- Both US and China (we see this also in India) benefit from having mostly coherent market - one spoken language, so what EU should have done in the first place is mandate that kids learn throughout their whole education cycle - English.

- It should have probably also find a way how to enable English to be used by in legal matters

- Knowing one language across the population, having websites in English, product descriptions in english, etc. not only helps e-commerce sector, but it's invaluable also in tourism and virtually all other areas - eg. many services could be sources by supplier from different country if the language (incl. contracts) are not a barrier!

Common language is a huge unlock!
