Make YC's Safe Financing Documents work in EU

Y Combinator’s Safe Financing Documents are marked on their site as working only in the US, Canada, Cayman, and Singapore.

I was personally unable to convince a Dutch lawyer to adopt them for an investment in a Dutch company — even though the Safe agreement is entirely reasonable for both parties.

Let's figure out how to make Safe work across Europe to make funding easy, quick, and less risky for founders.
