Make trains great again

This is potentially more of an Eastern Europe issue, but;

• Increase high-speed train support throughout all of the EU potentially for all cities above 300k people.

• Add classes like in airplanes: economy + business so it can actually be comfortable for people that are willing to pay.

• Keep them clean and well maintained.

• Offer food service, wifi, etc.
