Make SEPA Instant mandatory

We already have a system in place for dirt cheap, instant transactions between any European (or EEA) bank account - just that it's not mandatory for banks to implement.

Give them 6 months to support it or get HEAVY fines on monthly basis. Like in the 10s of millions of EUR/month. They can easily do this, just fat and happy.

This will open up for qr/link based, immediate transactions for a fraction of the cost of using VISA/MasterCard - who totally owns every one of us.
