Banks can de-bank you based on arbitrary bank policies. This is crazy. The law is the law and your bank account should only be closed if the bank can prove by court of law that your actions are strictly illegal. This means, if you want to buy crypto, or any other frowned-upon, yet legal, services or goods you have law given rights to do so without risking having your bank account shut off for no legal reason other than the bank simply disliking your activity.

Make it illegal or shut up. The bank should not be able to arbitrarily select rules for its customers, like a cartel, and censor the free market by making certain markets de-facto illegal.
