Make English the official second language in every EU member state

Language barriers within Europe hinder European integration and pose challenges for Europeans in both Europe and Silicon Valley. For instance, there are more Indian tech CEOs than European CEOs in Silicon Valley. Even in countries renowned for their English proficiency, such as Holland, English proficiency is often merely conversational.

To address this issue, make teaching English mandatory in schools from an early age, ensure that all government forms and communications are available in English.
