Make 0 ish bureaucracy at startup phase with assigned inspector/chairman

I always hear that bureaucracy makes hard the startup lifes (like Revolut) and they move their HQ to the USA because of this.

Why don’t we 0 the bureu and assign an inspector to the company at this phase.

I like the idea that the bureaucracy protects us, but at the beginning it’s too much.

As a company owes I give 100% transparency to a assigned member and I get close to 0 overhead
