Kill 25% of laws per year

Let’s make an overview of all the laws that exist and categorize them in 4 categories, from unnecessary laws to really important ones.

Take the bottom 25% of laws and simply remove them.

Then take 1 year to fix the next 25%, goal should be a reduction of 75%.

After 1 year continue with the next 25% and so on. Really clean this stuff up.
