Hire Globally, Pay Net Salary Until They Relocate

Why make global hiring harder than it needs to be? Imagine hiring someone from Turkey full-time for your German company. They’re not a freelancer—it’s a full-time, legal role. But they’re not living in Germany yet, so why should you immediately pay German social security and additional employment costs?

Here’s a better approach: When hiring globally, companies should only pay the net salary until the employee physically relocates to the country. Social security, taxes, and other local fees would only kick in once they’re actually living and working in Europe.

This system would make global hiring smoother, fairer, and more affordable for companies while staying fully compliant with the law. Let’s make it easier to hire top talent—wherever they are.
