Guarantee FREE SPEECH

Free speech is not well defended in EU law, especially compared to the USA where the 1st ammendment makes it a fundamental civil liberty.

This has severe dowstream consequences as it allows authoritarian, bureaucratic and technocratic rulers to limit public debate and prevent reform.
