Grow European population.

In order to grow the home European population, we need 4 tax years tax-free on all income up to 100K per year for any couple (or single parent) from the year of conception to the year the kid turns 3. This should be accumulative for up to 4 kids and can only apply to European residents or nationals that are less than 25. For older than 25 only when have legally work in Europe for at least 3 years.

For European couples or single parents under 25 a home will be provided rent free until the first born turns 3.
