Force Germany&Italy to complete committed international freight infrastructure

Both Germany and Italy have committed to build connecting train infrastructure to the newly constructed Gotthard train tunnel through the Swiss alps. Switzerland has executed on time on the project of a north-south transport corridor. Now we are waiting decades until Germany and Italy complete their easy part of the infrastructure. They are helplessly behind on time. Switzerland has already done the hardest part, meanwhile especially Germany struggles to do the easy part.

Worse for Switzerland, the Swiss infrastructure isn’t under full load, therefore less/not profitable. There’s no end in sight.
