Fix it All!

Education:

The education systems needs to be aligned to problems solving skills as soon as possible and higher education like unis must be aligned either to roles available, STEM or entrepreneurial ventures.

Free market:

This needs to be a universal priority over the government, the government will need to take several steps back and allow it to flourish without suffocating oversight.

Tax allocation:

The tax allocation from governments needs to be held accountable with feedback loops, needs democratic input and finally should incentivise the free market solutions. Ideally the money is fed straight into the best solutions for the job and not governmental parasites to avoid corruption and power grabbing.

Policy removal:

Either democratic or data driven policy removal would make most sense as most policies are created or modified but there is no clear process for deletion.
