Federalize the EU

Transforming the current structure, which result in undemocratically elected individuals ruling over the EU with some very poor and incomprehensable checks, into a more unified federal state similar to the United States.
I want to vote for my EU leaders directly. Transparency & Accountability (which the EU currently lacks).
