Every Home and Office in the EU Has the Right to Fibre Internet

In the early 20th century, we managed to connect every home and office to traditional copper phone lines, generally through Universal Service Obligations.

Almost a quarter through the 21st century and most homes and businesses are still unable to get fibre internet.

Faster internet speeds - especially upload speeds - are vitally important for productivity and allowing economic development for poorer communities.
