Instead of funding bureaucratic, underperforming companies, Europe should focus on creating real demand for robots and automation - driving innovation through tax discounts and practical adoption across all industries.

    The EU should not get to decide exacly what is being invested into. Robotics as a whole need more investment (and we shouldn’t allow ABB to be sold, but its swiss so not much to do there), but humanoid robots are stupid. They have virtually no use. Who am I to decide that? No one, but neither are you, or EU polticians to decide that they are essential. Let the market decide what robots it wants. Also it would be great to see exemples of "funds going to underperforming companies.
