European Platform for bureaucracy

Europe need to create a single platform as a starting point for making business in Europe and acting as a resident in the EU which will be on top of all the countries and dialog with each country through API.

This will start create a single point of new modern infrastructure for people leaving in EU and people or business that want to invest in EU.

The platform should be the beginning for cutting bureaucracy and optimize it.
