We support Eu INC and its desire to build a digital company registry.
We want to leapfrog Delaware and put the company registry onchain.

The majority of company administration is mirroring the financial state of the company (bank account) with the legal state (in the company registry). It’s inefficient and redundant. By having an ethereum address as a company identifier, we create a seamless, live registry:
