Enable Special Economic Zones

It’s unrealistic that the whole EU is fixed anytime soon. Would be much easier to just enable experimenting with radically different regulatory, administrative and tax policies on a local scale. Like maybe every EU member can have at least one SEZ

    Greenland should establish a dedicated tech / robotics / advanced AGI zone as outlined in the MAGIC paper. Like outer space, remote development of the arctic is best done with tele or autonomous robotics to minimize risk
