Embrace AI and technology, don't fight it
Europe should see tech and AI not as enemies but as crucial for its survival. While Europe currently lags behind, it can turn the tide by fostering an environment that encourages innovation rather than stifling it with premature regulation. AI can revolutionize industries like healthcare, education, manufacturing, agriculture, energy and of course software, and Europe needs to be at the forefront of this change.

The Greek government announced a new sponsored voucher program with public money to support businesses buying new hardware and software equipment. Yet you are only able to purchase “made in Greece” only software. I do get that public money should be spent in ways to support the local companies, but this slows digital transformation as a whole, when the best tools to use are being built in the US and on rare occasions also in the rest of Europe.
