EEA Proof of Human

Would be great to have banks - because they're regulated to know their customers (KYC) are legit, be also regulated to issue a proof of human certificates that are anonymous and trustable.

This could be used in many ways, for example to sign content (I did this!) and as a way to make sure accounts on platforms that allow anonymity are backed by actual humans.
