Cut all carbon capture spending

Carbon capture and geological storage has no impact on climate, the amounts of capture carbon are miniscule and completely negligible. It cost Europe nearly 80 billion Euros, did not move the needle one bit and produces NOTHING of value. It's only purposes are virtue signaling and carbon credit farming. It also punishes carbon utilization.

Carbon capture technology can be useful, because concentrated CO2 is a valuable resource. At the moment using captured CO2 is punished whole pumping it underground is rewarded. The latter costs money and produces nothing. The former can help Europe achieve resource independence.
