Create registered email addresses for EU citizens

We have registered addresses but actually that’s no longer very useful as many people are on the road often and remote work/digital nomads is very common.

Registered email exists in Italy and saves a lot of money and honestly, at this point it’s the easier way to make sure whatever government notice is sent actually arrives to me.

On a related note, allow digital “physical” mail addresses where the Post office can digitize my mail instead of delivering it.

Saves trees also.
