Create an EU administrative court of justice against regulatory capture.

For those who don’t know what regulatory capture is:

It’s a widely acknowledged way markets fail and protect themselves from competition.

Having a court that has the ability to launch investigations and conduct independent discovery (e-discovery) to strike down regulations that lead to regulatory capture would go a long way to destroy barriers to entry and enable innovation.

Implementing this would give the EU a huge advantage over the US, where regulatory capture is practiced by senators as a means to get campaign support.
