Compulsory Language Test Within 5 Years for Each Migrant

Migrants will be required to demonstrate basic knowledge of the language of their EU country of residence within five years. Failure to do so will result in the loss of their immigration status as an indication of a lack of willingness to integrate. Exceptions to this rule should be made for individuals with learning difficulties for example.
