Cancel regulatory burden for companies in Europe (DORA)

DORA is not a well-thought-through regulatory Act that aims to mock ISO2700x and SOX, but uses different language. Cancel it to avoid US companies quitting European market, which will do more bad than good (we have nothing to replace these companies with).
