Ban Exit Tax and Wealth Tax
These two taxes are not only immoral, but they require digital business owners to valuate assets like the apps and brands they have built. And your valuation will probably be questioned in the future by the government, and you always risk going to jail for tax evasion.
Quantifying wealth when it consists on digital assets is increasingly difficult. Taxes based on revenue, like corporate tax or personal income tax, make more senses

The issue with exit tax and wealth tax is that they are dry taxes.
If exit taxes were only triggered when there’s a disposal of an asset, that would essentially mean that the capital gains are divided by the countries where the owners were present at the time that the capital gains were accrued - which would actually be quite a fair system. It’s not unreasonable for countries to try to prevent people moving to tax havens just to dispose of assets and then move straight back.
Capital gains taxes in many ways are fairer when they’re well implemented than further squeezing income taxes.

Taxes are a good way to equalize social inequalities

These taxes are straight pure violations of private property.
Not even Monarches would thought about implementing this.
Since these taxes target only a small group of (present or formerly productive) people, they are only possible when Power is driven by a majority (i.e. democracies) of thieves (i.e. socialists).
