At will contracting for starting business

While I enjoy a lot of worker rights, the risk for small and growing businesses of having a bad hire is really big. For startups there should be a European contract form where the worker gets stock options while waiving a lot of unemployment rights.

This will give them to hire fast and more inexperienced talent exposure. And the ability to hire faster and get unproductive people out the door.
