Anti-corruption: Implement finders' fee for corrupt money

Corruption is a common problem but what is less known is that it’s hard to commit corruption alone.

There’s usually somebody who knows where the bodies are buried but right now they have no incentive to disclose the evidence where they are.

Giving the people who can bring the evidence a 50% finders fee of any corrupt pot of money they find will result in accountants betraying all their corrupt clients and providing the evidence to the courts so the government can seize the corrupt monies.
