Allowing people to opt out of laws that "protect" them
Ok, make a law that protects my privacy, my online security, etc. Maybe this can be acceptable in some cases for people with little knowledge of digital risks, but it is not my case. I need access to the latest technological tools in order to be competitive outside Europe and I do not want to be limited. Every day I wake up, I find a new tool that could help my business, but I cannot use it because it is not released in Europe. My computer now constantly runs on VPNs and the accounts on my devices now have to be registered in countries I don’t live in. I want to opt out of your stupid laws and take all the risk and responsibility.

Yes! Had a similar idea. Some kind of opt-out, which enables you to deactivate cookie banners for good and spin up sora and all other verboten software.

We can call it “Freedom to waiver”.
There are many statutory laws in Europe that cannot be contractually opted-out from, ranging from information rights for German shareholders (used to pester founders by ex co-founders and angel investors who want to exit) to mandatory social protections.
The idea that individuals can’t decide for themselves is deeply ingrained in European culture and if you look at low IQ people that’s probably not the worst idea.
Subject to some high qualification (e.g. masters degree) I agree this should be possible
