Allow for no fault employment termination while reducing employee contract related taxes for SMEs

SME Employers are shackled by two major things - it is almost impossible to terminate an employment contract and taxes are way too high. If you are a SME you should be allowed to terminate quickly and at the same time compete by being offered lowered taxes to trickle down to your employees. The impact of these two things are major and probably the main causes of many of the problems of the EU. They create a misalignment in incentives and benefit the large established companies which do not innovate and end up offering a degrading quality of services and products.
