ACTUALLY free capital flow in the eurozone!

At the moment, it is not easily possible e.g. to take a loan from a German bank as Greek citizen. If you want to invest in country A, you have to go through bank in country A and potentially need collaterals in country A. All of these should be completely transnational within the Eurozone. This would make the Eurozone much more attractive for capital in general and would create actual competition between Euro-Banks
